Everyone knows that our mobile phones have become much more than just calling devices. Text, email, and a myriad of 3rd party apps account for a significant amount of our day to day usage.

RealityMine, a mobile research agency, used to data from 3,000 mobile users to learn more about this ratio of usage, and specifically how it differs from one age group to the next. Some of the results are unsurprising- for instance SMS/MMS being the most popular function across all age groups. But looking closer into gaming usage reveals that users age 45-64 are out-gaming their younger counterparts. See for yourself.
