The University of Connecticut’s technology Institute known as The Connecticut Information Technology Institute or CITI needed a new website that would allow visitors to purchase classes as well as clearly communicate the school’s capabilities and offerings. With a client base that is made up of government agencies, corporations, and small businesses, this school has a uniquely different target than the rest of the colleges that make up UConn.
SilverCreative dug in deep to the organization to understand not only the front-end messaging needs but also to look at how the group worked, collaborated and executed tasks. We were able to bring a great deal of efficiency to their workflow, by customizing the web application creating a centralized repository for all data and transactions which translated to more accurate and in-depth reporting.
