Overview
A brand identity was to be translated into a new corporate website. Years later, Silver Creative Group continues to propel Stellar Management forward with modern leasing collateral, digital lease signing, and aggressive listing syndication of their 100+ New York properties.
Scope
Case Study
A diverse residential portfolio spanning the city’s five boroughs needed a dynamic brand personality and turned to Silver Creative Group for help. After getting to know the company, Silver Creative provided a design and developed a powerful corporate website that spearheads much of the leasing team’s efforts in their marketing of 100+ properties and 12,000+ units. The site features custom integration with property management software, listing syndication in real time, and a custom digital lease signing web app that electronically guides a prospect from ‘applicant’ to ‘Stellar tenant’ – without ever stepping foot into a leasing office. Stellar’s prowess within their neighborhoods of operation is detailed in neighborhood specific landing pages and a regularly updated blog. Marketing collateral was produced to enforce and strengthen their leading web presence.
