Located at 8 Spruce St. New York, NY, New York by Gehry was designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, and proudly boasted the title of tallest residential rental tower in the Western Hemisphere at the time of its opening. SilverCreative assists the property’s leasing staff in three ways- 1) Through the implementation of various marketing campaigns targeting existing tenants. 2) Advertising of new listing availability and leasing promotions. 3) Providing various web apps to manage, monitor, and track leasing performance.
