Case Study
Silver Creative developed unique email campaigns and banner ads seeking out potential Quarry Walk customers. The call to action for each led them to specific landing pages outlining various mixed-use offerings including the Medical Office Space buildings, Residential Apartments and Retail components of the new Oxford, CT development.
We were able to see how many clicked through and what leads were converted. As the general website covered a lot of ground, the landing pages further served to focus the audience to the areas of the vast features of the property that matched their interest.
Quarry Walk buildings feature stone walls created from the rocks at the quarry that had operated in that location for nearly two decades. Nature surrounds and is part of this inspiring green community including a picturesque walking trail that wraps around the perimeter of the site. The stone components combined with greenery of the property were in of itself major selling points. Silver Creative took custom photography and created a video including surrounding areas that spoke volumes in drawing people to this new destination.
