Case Study
BOND required creative and marketing services for the property at 501 East 74th Street, in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Silver Creative was hired to create marketing materials for the property, and a unique property specific website. SilverCreative wanted to position this uptown Manhattan rental, and give it a downtown luxury vibe. Our focus was on custom artwork, detailed fonts, and a website that gave a prospective tenant in the UES a feel of downtown Manhattan.
